The Inkling from Wacom is making us drool in studio. Imagine being able to sketch naturally and have it imported into a digital format - no scanning, no recreating layers, no concerns over the hours eating into the budget (well less concern, anyway).

This is a gadget that makes designers and clients smile; it will be of benefit to clients looking for some illustration without having to make such a big investment in studio time.

It'll be nice to use it on a web design or print piece in the near future. In the meantime, we're happy just watching the trailer...
